In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
Data Administration & Quality
- Maintain and administer critical sales data files and systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
- Perform regular data validation checks: reconcile deltas, fix duplicates, and track data issues including cleansing activities to support high quality analytics.
- Support the team with data preparation and processing tasks for ongoing analysis and reporting projects.
Project Support & Documentation
- Assist with the analytical groundwork for strategic revenue projects, handling data extraction, transformation, and initial analysis.
- Create and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
Referral Program Ownership
- Ownership of the administration of the global sales referral program.
- Monitor program metrics, manage referral inbox and communicate insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve referral program processes.
Analytical & Insights Support
- Contribute to the creation of Power BI dashboards and reports (or similar visualization tools).
- Perform detailed analysis in Excel to support ad-hoc requests from commercial teams.
- Help translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Explore and learn emerging AI-powered analytics tools and Copilot capabilities.
- Contribute ideas for automating repetitive tasks and improving team efficiency.
- Stay curious about new technologies and methodologies in the data and analytics space.
All About You
Essentials:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years of experience) with education in data analytics, business analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation analysis).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes effectively.
- Genuine curiosity about data and a strong desire to build a career in analytics, automation, or business intelligence.
- Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently once oriented.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and insights generation.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI assistance (Agents).
- Basic understanding of SQL or other data querying languages.
- Knowledge of Power Automate or workflow automation concepts.
- Interest in or exposure to sales operations, CRM systems, or commercial analytics.
